("PGMC") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-C (Definitive Information Statement), including its April 30, 1999 Annual Report, in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on October 28, 1999 , at 11:00 a.m., at the Nash Room of the Manila Mandarin Oriental located at Makati Avenue corner Paseo de Roxas, Makati City.
