November 12, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2581-98 SUBJECT : C & P Homes, Inc . C & P Homes, Inc. ("CMP") clarified to the Exchange a news article published in the November 11, 1998 issue of the Philippine Daily Inquirer which reported that the company will reopen talks and renegotiate with Ayala Land, Inc. ("ALI") for a possible strategic alliance but will no longer involve a share-swap agreement which was the subject of the failed previous negotiations. CMP, in a letter to the Exchange, explained that: ". . .
