November 12, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2580-98 SUBJECT : Asia Amalgamated Holdings Corporation Further to Circular For Brokers No. 2566-98 dated November 10, 1998 pertaining to Asia Amalgamated Holdings Corporation's ("AAA") failure to pay the daily fine for its late submission of SEC Form 11-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 1998, please be informed that AAA has already settled its obligation with the Exchange on November 11, 1998.
