March 2, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 258-98 SUBJECT : Urban Bank Cash Dividend Urban Bank ("URB") informed the Exchange in a letter dated February 27, 1998 that URB has declared a ten percent (10%) cash dividend equivalent to P10 . 00 per share to be given to stockholders of record owning common shares as of March 26, 1998, subject to the approval of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas .
