Grace B . de Guia Manager Disclosure Department Gentlemen: This is to reiterate our previous disclosures that Atlas Fertilizer Corporation has been acquired AB Leisure Exponents, Inc. ("AB Leisure") which fully owns and operates six (6) Bingo Bonanza sites located in various shopping malls, namely, SM City, SM Megamall, SM Southmall, Farmers Plaza, Sta. Lucia East Mall, and Makati Cinema Square. We inform you that we have not acquired the nineteen (19) bingo sites or parlors which have existing service arrangement with AB Leisure.
