Grace B . De Guia Manager Disclosure Department Gentlemen: This is to clarify our previous disclosure on Atlas Fertilizer Corporation's acquisition of AB Leisure Exponents, Inc. ("AB Leisure") which owns the Bingo, Bonanza operations. Please be informed that AB Leisure fully owns and operates six (6) Bingo Bonanza sites or parlors located in various shopping malls. We understand that there are other bingo sites or parlors which are not owned by AB Leisure but which have service arrangements with AB Leisure. prcd We also report that we are presently exploring possible mutually beneficial alliance or working arrangements with BW Resources Corporation relative to bingo operations.
