November 10, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2566-98 SUBJECT : Non-Compliance of Asia Amalgamated Holdings Corporation with the Structured Reportorial Requirements of the Exchange As of date hereof, Asia Amalgamated Holdings Corporation ("AAA") is not in compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange for failure to pay the daily fine in connection with its late submission of SEC Form 11-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 1998. The Exchange, upon recommendation of the Listing Committee and approval by the Board of Governors, shall consider implementing a trading halt on the shares of "AAA" on November 17, 1998 pending compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange. cdlex For your information.
