November 10, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2559-98 09 November 1998 Philippine Stock Exchange PSE Centre, Exchange Road Ortigas Center, Pasig City Attention: Disclosure Department Listing and Disclosure Group Gentlemen : In compliance with your disclosure rules, please be informed that the management of Lepanto Consolidated Mining Company and its supervisors' union (formally known as Lepanto Local Staff Union) based in Mankayan, Benguet concluded its CBA negotiation on November 4, 1998. The negotiation, which was highlighted by the agreement on salary increases, including other economic benefits, was for the remaining two years of five-years Collective Bargaining Agreement.
