November 9, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2553-98 SUBJECT : Music Corporation Music Corporation ("MUSX") notified the Exchange of its intention to hold its Annual Stockholders' Meeting on December 8, 1998 , at 11:00 A. M., at the Manila Polo Club, Mckinley, Forbes Park Subdivision, Makati City. The items to be discussed shall be as follows: 1. To approve the 1997 Operations and Results; 2. To ratify all acts of Management and the Board of Directors for the fiscal year ending 31 December 1997; 3. To elect the following to the Board: Michael Burton Stefan J. Stas Bartholomeus A.M. van Hedel Ceferino L. Follosco Eduardo M. Villanueva Vicente I. Singian, Jr. Jimmy S. Soo 4. To appoint Joaquin Cunanan & Co., as External Auditors; 5. Other Matters Stockholders of record as of November 11, 1998 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting.
