Garcia Head, Listing Department Gentlemen : Due to a miscommunication between the undersigned and the executive officers of PRIME GAMING MANAGEMENT CORPORATION ("the Corporation"), the undersigned erroneously disclosed in a letter dated 26 February 1998 that MR. ALEX CHAN KWOK YIN resigned as Treasurer of the Corporation effective 14 February 1998. By way of correction, the Corporation hereby apprises that on 14 February 1998 MR .
