October 6, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2538-99 SUBJECT : Asia Terminal, Inc . Further to Circular no. 2452-99 dated September 29, 1999, Asian Terminals, Inc. ("ATI") furnished the Exchange a copy of its SEC Form 34-A (Definitive Proxy Statement) in connection with its Annual Stockholders' Meeting which will be held on October 28, 1999 , at 2:00 p.m., at the Ballroom of the Heritage Hotel on Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City. As previously announced, stockholders of record as of October 7, 1999 are entitled to notice of, and to vote at, said meeting.
