Monico V. Jacob sought the permission of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to offer for sale First Paragon Corporation (FPC). FPC which operates 39 convenience stores is a franchise of Uniwide Holdings. Inc. (UHI). It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Uniwide Sales, Inc. (USI) which is also a majority owner of UHI. The offer shall be based either on asset sale or sale of shares of FPC. The sale is part of the rehabilitation plan that the Receivers will be proposing to the SEC.
