("Zeus"): (i) the following directors resigned: 1. Eric B. Manalang 2. Rolando J. Mesa 3. Antonio A. Sequera while the following were elected directors: 1. Yuen Po Seng 2. Felipe U. Yap 3. Federico Y. Cadiz (ii) the Board set the annual stockholders' meeting of Zeus for 1998 on December 14, 1998 at 10:30 o'clock in the morning; and (iii) the Board has set November 18, 1998 as the record date to determine the stockholders entitled to notice and vote in the said stockholders' meeting. cdlex Thank you.
