Item 9 a(1)(G) Philippine Seven Corporation (PSC) has launched a franchising program for selected areas in Metro Manila and suburbs. PSC intends to have 10 franchisees of 7-11 Stores signed up by the end of the year. The up front fee is pegged at P 500,000 with the franchisee shouldering the store building, on a suitable site which the franchisee either owns or leases for a long term. PSC will supply the equipment and finance partly the initial merchandise inventory.
