Almadro Vice President Compliance and Surveillance Group Gentlemen: In response to your query concerning the unusual movement of the share price of Atlas Fertilizer Corporation (the "Corporation") shares during the trading hours on 5 October 1999, we advise that the investment opportunity which the Corporation is presently looking into as declared in its disclosures dated 1 October 1999 and 4 October 1999, refers to us negotiations with certain shareholders of the company operating the Bingo Bonanza games in SM and other malls.
