November 4, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2520-98 SUBJECT : Non-Submission of Quarterly Report ended June 30, 1998 of San Carlos Milling Co ., Inc . As of date hereof, San Carlos Milling co., Inc. ("SCM") has not submitted its Quarterly Report ended June 30, 1998. The Exchange, upon recommendation of the Listing Committee and approval by the Board of Governors, will implement a trading halt on the shares of "SCM" effective today, November 4, 1998, until compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange.
