The call for a special shareholder's meeting for the amendment of the articles of incorporation and by laws of the Corporation, to be held on the 15 November 1999 at such time and place as may hereafter be determined by the President; 3. The setting of the record date for the purpose of determining the stockholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at the said Special Stockholders' Meeting on 18 October 1999.
