October 30, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2485-98 SUBJECT : Non-Submission of 1997 Audited Annual Financial Statements of Philippine National Construction Corporation As of date hereof, Philippine National Construction Corporation ("PNC") has not submitted the Audited Financing Statements of its 1997 Annual Report using SEC Form 11-A. The Exchange, upon recommendation of the Listing Committee and approval by the Board of Governors, will implement a trading halt on the shares of "PNC" effective today, October 30, 1998, until compliance with the instructed reportorial requirements of the Exchange. cdll For your information.
