October 29, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2469-98 28 October 1998 PHILIPPINE STOCK EXCHANGE PSE Center, Exchange Road Ortigas, Center, Pasig City Gentlemen : This refers to your request for confirmation / clarification on the news item published in Business World issue of 27 October 1998 captioned "ICTSI finalizes sale of its 25% stake in foreign affiliate." We wish to advise you that it is not true that International Container Terminal Services, Inc. has finalized the sale of its 25 percent stake in ICTSI International Holdings Corp. (IIHC) to a number of foreign financial institutions. The negotiation for the sale of said IIHC shares is still ongoing.
