We would like to clarify that the earlier talks held between the officials of MPC's subsidiary, Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation and Ayala Land, Inc. were very preliminary and was nowhere near discussing joint venture plans. This being the case, there are no "joint-venture plans" to drop by either party. FBDC is a growing business and during the normal course of its business, it is in discussion with a broad spectrum of companies or parties who may want to participate in the Global City.
