Tarcelo, dated October 27, 1998, that "we have no knowledge of any unusual development in our organization or in any of our projects which could have brought about the reported unusual movement in the trading of Petrofields' shares yesterday, 27 October 1998, which increased the share price of Petrofields by 50% from P0.1000 to P0.1500 per share."
