We are not aware of any material information relating to the unusual movement in the trading resulting in the 50% increase of share price of Benguet Corporation from P2.60 to P3.90 per share for Class A and from P4.00 to P6.00 per share for Class B. Parenthetically, it will be noted that the price of gold in the world market has been going up. Per information, New York's quoted gold price yesterday is US$310 per ounce and it went up to a high of US$326 per ounce. Thank you for your kind attention.
