February 27, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 244-98 SUBJECT : San Miguel Corporation Cash Dividend San Miguel Corporation ("SMC") informed the Exchange in a letter dated February 26, 1998 that its Board of Directors, at its regular meeting held on even date, declared a cash dividend of TWENTY CENTAVOS (P0.20) per share payable on April 30, 1998 to stockholders of record as of March 20, 1998.
