Additional Listing The Exchange approved on January 20, 2000, the application of KEPPEL PHILIPPINES MARINE, INC. to list additional 107,924,746 common shares, with a par value of P1.00 per share, to cover the 6% stock dividend declaration to stockholders of record as of November 11, 1999. In view thereof, the listing of the 107,924,746 common shares is set for Friday, February 4, 2000.
