PSE No. M-12024 Sir/Madam : We were advised when we called up this morning that PSE has no office today due to inclement weather. We have just read this morning at the Philippine Daily Inquirer issue today October 22, 1998 on page 24 thereof, that the 30-day temporary suspension order dated September 20, 1998 issued by the Secretary of the Department of Environment & Natural Resources (DENR) of all quarry operations in Rodriguez (Montalban) and San Mateo towns in Rizal has been extended yesterday until December 31, 1998 according to said newspaper. LLjur VUL's co-owned subsidiary, Vulcan Materials Corporation, is one of those affected by the DENR suspension order whose main quarry business operations is located at Rodriguez, Rizal.
