Gentlemen : That the annual meeting of the stockholders of Wellex Industries, Inc. as fixed by the Board of Directors of the Corporation, will be on November 24, 1998 (Tuesday) at 3:00 p.m. at the MAKATI SHANGRI-LA HOTEL , Ayala Ave., Makati City. The Stockholders of record of the Corporation as of November 5, 1998 shall be entitled to notice of and to vote at the said annual meeting of stockholders.
