Other Events (b) AB Leisure Exponent, Inc., (the owner of Bonanza operations), a corporation, the ownership of which has been acquired in whole by the registrant by virtue of the Share Exchange Agreement dated 5 October 1999, has acquired on 1 February 2000 additional 500 shares of Bingo Palace Corporation. Adding the foregoing to the acquisitions made by AB Leisure of shares of the said company last 1 December 1999 and 17 December 1999 which were previously disclosed, AB Leisure now owns 100% of the outstanding capital stock of Bingo Palace Corporation.
