(the "Company"), the Board elected by unanimous vote Mr. Eduardo M. Cojuangco, Jr. as Director and Chairman of the Board of the Company. It also elected Mr. Enrique M. Cojuangco as Director and Vice Chairman and Mr. Carmelo L. Santiago as Director. The Board likewise appointed Atty. Francis H. Jardeleza as Corporate Secretary and Atty. Alberto E.
