February 2, 2000 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 241-00 Philippine Stock Exchange 4/F Philippine Stock Exchange Center PSE Center, Exchange Road Ortigas Center, Pasig City Attention : Listings & Disclosure Department Gentlemen: Please be advised that Mabuhay Vinyl Corporation ("Company") hereby discloses as follows: 1. The Secretary of Labor & Employment has by his order dated January 26, 2000 assumed jurisdiction over the labor dispute in the Iligan plant, requiring the striking workers to return to work within twenty-four (24) hours from receipt of the said order and for the company to accept them back under the same terms and conditions of employment prior to the strike; prcd 2.
