September 23, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2389-99 SUBJECT : Davao Union Cement Corporation Additional Listing The Exchange approved on March 26, 1999, subject to the actual conversion of the convertible notes, the listing application of DAVAO UNION CEMENT CORPORATION to list a maximum of 750,000,000 common shares with a par value of P1.00 per share, to cover the underlying shares of the P750,000,000.00 worth of Convertible Notes due 2004. In this connection, please be advised that the Company's stock transfer agent has received notices from noteholders for the conversion of P1,245,000.00 worth of convertible notes to 1,245,000 common shares. cdlex In view thereof, the listing of the 1,245,000 common shares is set for Friday, September 24, 1999. This brings the number of common shares listed arising from the conversion of P10,838,200.00 worth of convertible notes to a total of 10,838,200 common shares. For your information and guidance.
