September 23, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2387-99 SUBJECT : Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc . Further to Circular No; 1788-99 dated July 20, 1999 relative to Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc.'s ("AEV") sale of its shares in Consolidated Industrial Gases, Inc. (CIGI), Southern Industrial Gases, Inc. (SIG), Carbonic Philippines, Inc., Bacolod Oxygen Corporation, Davao Oxygen Corporation, Ormoc Oxygen Corporation, Cryo Industrial Gases, Inc. and Vismin Airtech Industrial Gases Corporation, AEV furnished the Exchange a copy of its Stock Purchase Agreement with BOC (Phils.) Holdings, Inc. regarding the said sale of the company's shares in the aforementioned companies.
