October 19, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2386-98 SUBJECT : Non-Submission of 1997 Audited Annual Financial Statements of Philippine National Construction Corporation As of date hereof, Philippine National Construction Corporation ("PNC") has not submitted the Audited Financial Statements of its 1997 Annual Report using SEC Form 11-A. The Exchange, upon recommendation of the Listing Committee and approval by the Board of Governors, shall consider implementing a trading halt on the shares of "PNC" pending compliance with the structured reportorial requirements of the Exchange.
