Jayme, asking us to explain the news article published in today's issue of the Manila Standard about International Container Terminal Services, Inc.'s (ICTSI) intent to buy out our Argentine partner, Bemberg Inversiones, S.A. (BISA), in the ICTSI subsidiary, Buenos Aires Container Terminal Services, S.A. LibLex We wish to inform you that negotiations for the purchase are still going, and has not been finalized nor completed. With regards to the portion on Chile, in the normal course of our business, we are always on the look out for new port concessions, such as is the case with the ports in Chile. Although discussions are; on-going, no agreements have yet been finalized or completed.
