BD-020-1998 "RESOLVED, That the Board hereby approves and confirms the March 13, 1998 record date for the determination of stockholders entitle to notice and to vote in connection with the special stockholder's meeting to be held on April 14, 1998." A similar notice has been sent to our stock transfer agent, Professional Stock Transfer, Inc., for its guidance and appropriate action.
