September 22, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2377-99 DAILY DRILLING BULLETIN 22 SEPTEMBER 1999 SULTAN SA BARONGIS-2 WELL (Cotabato Basin) PNOC-Exploration Corporation conducted another flow testing yesterday.
