September 21, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2367-99 SUBJECT : Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company Further to Circular No.; 344-99 dated February 25, 1999, Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company ("MBT") informed the Exchange of the following record dates to determine the common stockholders who will be entitled to the dividends: 1. October 8, 1999 for the 2% cash dividend, equivalent to P2.00 per share, approved by the Board of Directors on February 24, 1999; and 2.
