De Guia Assistant Manager Dear Ms. De Guia: This is with reference to your fax of today seeking clarification on a Business World news articles entitled "BPI labor strike spreads in 14 other areas". Please be informed that there is no labor strike of any kind in any branch or office of BPI nationwide. The labor rows cited in the aforementioned news item refer to disagreements in the ongoing CBA negotiations and the Department of Labor through the Secretary has already issued an order assuming jurisdiction over the dispute.
