October 14, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2363-98 SUBJECT : Far East Bank And Trust Company Additional Listing Further to Circular No. 2174-98, dated September 17, 1998, please be informed that the Exchange is now listing an additional 1,759,690 common shares with a par value of P10 . 00 per share , to cover the remaining portion of the fourth tranch e of the 1 : 4 Pre-emptive Rights Offering . Out of the 1,759,690 common shares, 1,327,300 common shares were subscribed and fully paid by stockholders between the period September 17, 1998 and before the public auction of delinquent shares, on October 6, 1998, while the remaining 432,390 common shares were sold at the public auction and fully paid as of October 9, 1998.
