Ong Vice President Listings and Disclosure Group Gentlemen : We would like to inform you that the following were approved by the Board of Directors of the Philippine Bank of Communications (PBCom) in its regular monthly meeting held today, October 12, 1998, to wit: 1. Increase of the number of directors from eleven (11) to fifteen (15) directors amending Article Sixth of the Articles of Incorporation and Article III. No. 1 of the By-Law; and 2. Dental of pre-emptive rights of all stockholders amending Article Seventh of the Articles of Incorporation: and 3.
