September 15, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2311-99 SUBJECT : Atlas Consolidated Mining & Development Corporation Atlas Consolidated Mining & Development Corporation ("AT) informed the Exchange, that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved on September 9, 1999 its Amended Articles of Incorporation, particularly the amendment to Article VII, reflecting the increase in its authorized capital stock from One Billion Five Hundred Million Pesos (P1,500,000,000.00), divided into One Hundred Fifty Million (150,000,000) common shares with a par value of Ten Pesos (P10.00) per share, to Six Billion Five Hundred Million Pesos (P6,500,000,000.00), divided into Six Hundred Fifty Million (650,000,000) common shares with a par value of Ten Pesos (P10.00 ) per share.
