October 5, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2310-98 SUBJECT : Philippine Commercial International Bank Further to Circular No. 2232-98 dated September 28, 1998 pertaining to the dissolution of PCI Management Consultants, Inc., Philippine Commercial International Bank ("PCI") informed the Exchange that the rationale behind the said dissolution was because PCI Management Consultants, Inc. had been inactive for sometime how and that the purpose for which it was organized is no longer feasible or relevant.
