We have not received any formal advise from our counsel regarding the denial of the Uniwide Sales Realty and Resources Corporation (USRRC) motion to cite Landbank in contempt. However, we confirm that the SEC ordered Landbank and ING Bank to cease and desist from foreclosing the assets of USRRC. llcd We trust you will find the above in compliance with your requirements.
