Luisa Buenaventura Supervisor Disclosure Department Gentlemen: This is to inform the Exchange that the Annual Stockholders' Meeting of Mondragon International Philippines, Inc. ("MIPI") will be rescheduled from its original meeting date of September 20, 1999 to: November 15, 1999 9:00 A M. Mondragon House Ballroom 324 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue Makati City Management deems it will be to the best interest of all existing security holders if various issues that have significant effect on the Company's continuing operations be resolved prior to the meeting. These issues include among other things: a) The Company's efforts to finalize the infusion of funds by a strategic investor b) The implementation and compliance with the Compromise Agreement with Clark Development Corporation ("CDC") c) The re-opening of the Mimosa Regency Casino d) Finalization of the Company's plans to address the concern of various creditors.
