RE : Filsyn Corporation Gentlemen : At a special meeting of the board of directors of Filsyn Corporation held this afternoon, September 30, 1998, the following matters were taken up: 1. Election of Replacement Directors (a) The election of Mr. Reymundo P. G. Villarica as Director to serve the unexpired term of Mr. Ruben O. Fruto, who resigned. (b) The election of Mr. Raphael M. Lerner as Director to serve the unexpired term of Ms. Holly Van Deursen, who resigned. 2.
