Additional Listing The Exchange approved on April 22, 1998 the 1:2 Stock Rights Offering of JG SUMMIT HOLDINGS, INC. (the "Company") to offer 2,060,921,728 common shares, with a par value of P1.00 per share, at an offer price of P2.00 per share to stockholders of record as of May 15, 1998. The first tranche offering, consisting of 515,230,468 common shares was listed on August 3, 1998 per Circular Number 1773-98 dated July 30, 1998. The second tranche offering, consisting of 514,832,703 common shares was listed on February 3, 1999 per Circular Number 135-99 dated January 26, 1999. An additional 397,717 common shares covering the delinquent shares which were sold via public auction was listed on May 6, 1999 per Circular Number 914-99 dated April 28, 1999. On August 3, 1999, the third tranche offering, consisting of 514,277,066 common shares was listed per Circular Number 1905-99 dated July 30, 1999. Finally, on October 22, 1999, an additional 953,354 common shares covering the delinquent shares were sold via public auction, was listed per Circular Number 2688-99 dated October 20, 1999.
