( the Company or AHI ). We have informed the Philippine Stock Exchange in our letter dated September 7, 1999 of the purchase of shares of AHI by Mr. Dante Tan. We have also furnished you with a copy of the current report (SEC Form 11-C) which we have submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 8, 1999. llcd Aside from those events stated in the above mentioned letter and report, we know of no other reason that caused or shall cause the abrupt increase in the price of the shares of AHI.
