September 8, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2244-99 SUBJECT : Southeast Asia Cement Holdings, Inc. Additional Listing The Exchange approved on August 12, 1999, the application submitted by SOUTHEAST ASIA CEMENT HOLDINGS, INC . (" the Company ") to list additional 59,280,000 common shares , with a par value of P1 . 00 per share , to cover the 0.974225531% stock dividend declaration to stockholders of record as of December 11,1998. However, the actual number of shares to be listed was reduced to 59,278,696 common shares. The difference represents fractional shares which were dropped by the Company.
