Buenaventura Supervisor - Disclosure Department Gentlemen: This is with reference to your inquiry about the news article captioned "High Court washes hands off Mondragon-CDC row over Mimosa Estate" published in today's issue of the Business World. Last August 30, 1999, Clark Development Corporation ("CDC") filed a petition with the Supreme Court for-the issuance of a writ of execution of judgment which our company has opposed. And through its resolution dated September 1, 1999, the High Court has resolved the said motion of CDC to NOTE WITHOUT ACTION. In the meantime, we are exploring various alternatives to raise funds in order to meet our obligations with Clark Development Corporation ("CDC"), Philippine Amusement & Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"), Bureau of Internal Revenue ("BIR") and other creditors.
