September 28, 1998 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2234-98 September 25, 1998 PHILIPPINE STOCK EXCHANGE, INC. DISCLOSURE DEPARTMENT LISTINGS AND DISCLOSURE GROUP PSE CENTRE, EXCHANGE ROAD ORTIGAS CENTER, PASIG CITY Gentlemen : We would like to advise that during the regular meeting of the Board of Directors of SOLIDBANK CORPORATION held on September 25, 1998, Mr. Christopher A. Bell-Knight tendered his resignation as Director and Alternate Member of the Executive Committee and his resignation was duly accepted by the Board effective September 25, 1998. Mr. CA Bell-Knight was replaced by Mr. Claude D. Morin who was elected during the regular Board meeting held on August 28, 1998 as Director and Alternate Member of the Executive Committee effective September 25, 1998. Likewise, during the said meeting of September 25, 1998, Ms. Mary M. De Leon-Rufino resigned as Director effective September 30, 1998 and her resignation was duly accepted by the Board.
