September 6, 1999 PSE CIRCULAR FOR BROKERS NO. 2223-99 SUBJECT : PCI Leasing and Finance, Inc. Additional Listing The Exchange approved the application of PCI LEASING AND FINANCE, INC . to list additional 303,050,000 common shares, with a par value of P1 . 00 per share , to cover the 50% stock dividend declaration to stockholders of record as of July 30, 1999 . cdll However, the actual number of shares to be listed was reduced to 303,049,997 common shares. The difference represents fractional shares which were not issued by the Company. In view thereof, the listing of 303,049,997 common shares is set for Wednesday, September 8, 1999 .
